Haha awesome gags in this one! Love the character designs and traditional animation work! Show us more MK!

Loved the drive buy aspect. And the designs were awesome as well. The 3d space was great, but 2d characters were still in flat space. Kinda had like a paper Mario feel to it. Lol good work

My favorite part was rough play with dough. I would love to know how that was executed behind scenes. As far as the episode you guys did a great job. Some audio can use a bit work, and boarding some scenes might help some of the scenes be more effective. I love the character designs and styles as well. Especially for spider bite and Smiley's day out. Keep up the good work. Lastly about the TP. Just shut up and take my money!

Thanks so much for the feedback. Really happy you liked my character designs 😁

Absolutely amazing visuals on this one. Blown away with all the colidescope and fractauls going on in here, they are so on point, it almost feels like I'm looking at a big screen in a music festival.(a big tip of the hat to "collidescop city") The music was also a great mixture allowing it to flow naturally. As far as overall sound, the levels seemed to go up and down through out the whole ep. The animation was also great and love how you guys despite having different styles in art manage to mix the scenes well(love the placement of each scene too. Can't imagine them in any other order) A few things could have been worked on like walk cycles, matching VO sounds, etc, but over all a good job. One of my favorite scenes was the "brain fixer" lol. The post credits skit was hilarious and I feel could have even got a spot in Rick and morties intergalactic cable episodes. By far the best FDS episode I've seen. I can't wait to see what's next!

This was pretty epic my dudes. I did love alot of the animation done In this. Some of em that stand out is the effect when the guy picks up his headphones , and the effects on the 9th scene where the characters warp into existence. A few things in the animation that could used work was the first walk cycle vs the timing on movement and sound synced with it. Another thing a bit off was the windows inside the space ship . Couldn't tell if they were picture frames or a window into another room (this could have been a problem with the perspective which made it seem like a picture on a wall). Alot of the artwork is very good. And I don't really need to say anything if those fractal.effects you do as they always seem to blow my mind. The sound was super trippy. I did like the excercise of each animator visualizing this sound through animation. I also LOVED the horse gag! Haha. And the access denied joke had me Rollin. The narrator was also fun and did love his/her(why should we assume it's gender?) Final speech for the short. It's sad to see phase one has come to an end but glad knowing ohase two is over the horizon.

Thanks for the feedback! I was the spaceship scene guy. I agree there were some perspective issues, and also not enough to show that they were windows. Could have used more definition or movement outside. See you in season 2!

Wow that was trippy as always. First off the intro was beyond amaze-tits. It almost felt like I "broke through". Alot of the animation was impressive too. Some ok but doesn't outweigh the tremendous work on the whole movie itself. I kinda didn't see a need for credits in the middle of the short. A bit confusing but not sure if you guys did that to break away from fish and go to robots. Your shorts always remind me of some trippy adult swim stuff. The mixture of fractual and animation (plus live action) just goes to show how many skill sets are on the table. In conclusion this episode got me hooked....(see that was a fish AND drug pun ;). Stay awesome! Look forward to the next one!

Thanks a ton, I'm glad you enjoyed it!

Haha awesome short. I enjoyed/tripped out on the BG. It's like this mirrored cloudy matter that was moving at a satifying pace. Walk cycle could have been better. The BG was a bit odd but then again I can see this working since we are set in a strange universe(as what we can tell from the beginning) What I did love is the shading on the non-purple dude. I didn't expect the baby to be this demonic being which was hilarious (and +points on the screech )with a little more work I can see this being part of a trippy sketch comedy short. Great job! Let's see more!

GoodL responds:

Thank ya for the review! I knew the walk cycles were wonky as I was doing em but yeah I didn't put in enough effort to fix em. Glad you enjoyed all the backgrounds and stuff :) much love

I did like the live action BG. It didn't feel off at all. I wish I woulda seen the car actually designed the same way the characters were just to have better versions of the close up images. The tires seemed a bit choppy but the joke was fun! I wouldn't mind seeing more cartoons of this style. Cheers
